Inside Out

This is one of my rollwave series of pieces.  Water flows down the surfaces of mirror-polished stainless steel creating rollwave patterning, where the thin film of water is pulled by surface tension into rhythmical wave patterns.  The reflected images of the surroundings in the stainless steel are distorted by both the rippling water and the concave and convex surfaces of the form.
